Echo Chamber

I don’t have children. 

But I have remarkable, wonderful, talented, interesting, beautiful children of choice and grand children of choice – the baby grands, we call them. 

And I love these people. And I stand in awe and curiosity of what they will become. And I stand in fear of what they’ll be exposed to and have to deal with. And I stand in overwhelming respect of the parents they’ve all had, who raise them with self-awareness and honor and dignity and love. 

And I read a legal document like the Epstein files that sounds like the most extreme trash/porn exaggeration and wonder how anyone, who has a child...or a grand child... younger than, what’s the cut-off rate? - 14 or 15, isn’t screaming in their soul.

There’s no way to make an acceptable sense of this. This is beyond evil. And think about it for just a second, knowing that we’re talking about very smart, very successful, very calculating, very emotionally stunted WHITE men, and knowing that they were booking access to Lolita Island on the Lolita Express. Does anyone honestly think they were going to play miniature golf?

Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Wrath, Heresy, Violence, Fraud, Treachery – these are Dante’s 9 rings of Hell. And somehow, miraculously, ALL of them seem to combine into the new TENTH ring of hell which is so grotesque that it’s no longer human...but many are okay with the participants running our world. And to those “many”, I ask, Have you no children? Or grandchildren? Or were you never one yourself?

If anyone reading this has found a way of rationalizing the Epstein files, I don’t know you any more.
